  Dinner treat
Look at that! One of my most favourite dinner treat is......

Ikan bakar freshly cooked in hot sambal and spicy sambal Kangkong with fragrant rice at where else, but Newton!! This is the most delicious meal I have had for the week. The boiled cockles dip in chili is another popular add-on to our dinner treat. Such a wonderful and mouth watering dinner should be blissfully served with chilled sugercane juice. This is my idea of an ecstasy of salvation.

Darling and I went to the newly renovated Newton Food Centre last Saturday night. The place looked beautiful. The lush greenery pleasantly decorated the spa-like food centre. The whole place was brightly lit with artistic lamps and the dining areas for once, were comfortable. Totally splendid! And it does help that the food is still as tasteful as ever.
However, the place was really crowded. It was seriously hard to find seats and we were very lucky to obtain seats quickly. Such a lovely treat. Looking forward to many more 'Newton banquets'........
